Pacing for Post-Treatment Fatigue
Lyme leaves an inflammatory aftermath. Pushing through crashes you deeper. Pacing is the skill:
- Stay below your limit — do a little less than you think you can.
- Plan rest before you need it — don't wait for the crash.
- One big thing per day — protect the rest of the day for recovery.
- Track patterns — note what drains you so you can plan around it.
- Gentle lymphatic support — breathing and light movement, never aggressive.
Not medical advice. Persistent fatigue deserves a thorough workup with your provider.
