Pelvic Pain & Lymphatic Support
Endometriosis is inflammatory — flares come with swelling, bloating, and pelvic congestion. Gentle lymphatic support can ease the cycle:
- Diaphragmatic breathing — slow belly breaths move lymph through the pelvic and abdominal area.
- Gentle movement — walking, restorative yoga, and hip openers keep flow moving without aggravating pain.
- Heat or cold — cold reduces inflammation; heat eases muscle tension. Alternate as your body asks.
- Anti-inflammatory meals during a flare — less sugar, alcohol, and processed food.
- Rest without guilt — pacing is part of healing.
Not medical advice. Pelvic pain that's new, severe, or worsening should be evaluated by your provider.
